Terms and Conditions for 2024

As I am running my business alone I put a lot of effort, time and energy to organize my services; then I make non-refundable payments. I recommend you to take the time to read the Terms and Conditions before you book. By transferring your money, it means that you have read and agreed to them.

BOOKING PAYMENT
Any booking regarding my ADVANCED services (retreat, 1:1 healing session, 1:1 healing and reading or workshop) is considered as a non-refundable payment, with absolutely no exeptions (COVID, illness, flights etc.)

If I must cancel, you will receive your payment back.

HEALTH AND TRAVEL INSURANCE 
By booking a retreat service with me, you have to be 100% covered by your own insurance for any cases: cancellations, COVID, illness, injuries etc. I don´t take anything in charge, you take 100% in your own responsability. Because retreats are taking place abroad, you have to make sure to have an international insurance that covers any medical care or transport home if needed.

MY RIGHTS
I have the right to remove a person from the retreat if the behaviour is not appropriate (no refunds).
